AAI NER Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:
The minimum age limit required is 18 Years, and the Maximum age allowed 30 Years as on the date mentioned in the official Notification.

- Scheduled Trade (ST): 5 Years+
- Scheduled Caste (SC): 5 Years+
- PwBD Candidate: 10 Years+
Army Educational Qualification:
1. Senior Assistant (Electronics).
- Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunication/Radio Engineering. with Two Years Relevant Experience.
2. Junior Assistant (HR).
3. Junior Assistant (Fire Services).
i) 10th Pass + 3 years approved regular Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire.

ii) 12th Pass (Regular Study).
Desirable: Due weightage shall be given to a candidate possessing any one or more (subject to maximum limit of the following).
a) Computer Science as subject at 12th class level;
b) NCC ‘B’ Certificate
c) Relevant experience in an aviation/regular/industrial fire service
d) Basic Fire Fighting Training Course from AAI Fire Training Establishment.
e) Sub-Fire Officer course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.
Driving License:
a) Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License;
OR
b) Valid Medium Vehicle Licence issued at least One Year before the date of advertisement i.e. 06/12/2025.
OR
c) Valid Light Motor Vehicle License (LMV) issued at least two years before the date of advertisement i.e. 06/12/2025.
